Who Are You And Why Should I care?
It’s amazing and crazy when one person thinks he can change the world. But if you are crazy enough to think you can change the world, then perhaps one day you will.
Well, before I begin to tell you who I am, don’t take anything I say too seriously. I am just a normal guy or I should say an abnormal guy who just loves to think different. I believe that’s what makes me abnormal.
Why you should care?
Well, it depends on who you are and what you are looking for in life. If you are someone who truly desires wants a better life and think you can be the best you can possibly be and even willing to do anything it takes, then permit me to tell you with the assurance that you are in the right place. But remember what I told you earlier, you can’t take anything I say too seriously, except you want and you chose to.
OK, So Tell Me Where You Are From And What You Like Most About Life.
Well, My name is John Alex and I’m a Nigerian. Born into a family of seven with many cousins. As the sixth child, people think I’m actually the crazy one because I’m far from being normal, and by abnormal, I don’t mean I am insane, I just love to be myself and do my stuff different from the conventional way of doing things.
What I love most about life?
Very funny question. Well, first, its a great privilege to be here in this world. Ain’t it?
I mean, the free will to be whoever you want to be, and the freedom to do anything you want is priceless. Our infinite potentials, our unique ability to conceive an image in our minds and be able to pull it off and bring it to life is marvelous. It is intelligence at it’s BEST.
Something I also love about life is the countless opportunities it offers for everyone to continually learn even from our so called challenges, grow and be our best, even during the times when we don’t feel like things are working right for us.
What else I love about life?
Well, I am a big fan of nature. I love to admire the beauty of life in its forms. For example the beauty of a garden of flowers, the wonders of the night sky, the unique expression of humanity, the feeling of love and happiness etc. These are things that blow my mind each time I think of them.
One crazy thing about life is that the more your mind tries to explore the glory of creation in its grandest forms, the more infinite patterns that open up to your mind eyes. This often leaves me startled with awe and often shuts me out from thinking further.
Do You Have Any Hobbies?
Off course I do. First, I am a big fan of worship music, and the only worship songs I really resonate with is the Hillsong Music group. If you’ve never heard of them, then I would highly suggest you google the name “Hillsong Worship music group” as they can sweep you off your feet with really cool worship songs. Also, I am a big lover of nature. I can sit out in the middle of the night and stare at the stars for a long time in awe. Sometimes It is very rewarding and refreshing for me to take quiet walks in nature, if you don’t do this, then I will recommend you give it a try.
I enjoy traveling and exploring new places and making new friends. Once in a while, I chose to take a trip to someplace I have never been to just to experience what it feels like being away in a totally new town far away from my comfort zone. Talking about sports, I love to play and watch live basketball matches. My favorite player is Kyrie Irving of Cleveland Claviers.
Also, reading to me is like having dinner. Its great to spend one hour of your time every day studying something that helps you grow better by 1% each day. Another thing I love to do is take my bath 4 time a day. Once in the morning, another in the afternoon, another in the evening and one before bedtime. I can go on and on about the things I love to do, but I will stop here. And thanks for asking me to share my hobbies.
Hmm! OK, So What’s Your Level Of Education? What Are Your Qualifications? And Why Should I Listen To You?
Well, I dropped out of school. So you can as well chose not to listen to me.
Is that all you have to say about that?
Yes, that’s all. Like I said earlier, you can choose to either listen to a dropout or not.
So, What’s Your Unique Selling Point?
Well, I’m value oriented. I believe what makes me unique is the fact that I go to bed with your thought in mind. How can I serve you best? How can I help one more person achieve his personal goals? How I can help you be the best you are born to be? That’s what I love about myself. Its all about YOU!
That’s Thoughtful. So What Can I Find Here?
Well, like I said earlier, it depends on who you are and what you want. But if you are someone who loves to take up new challenges and accept new ideas that work, and you have the desire to be the best you can be but don’t know how to go about it. Then I am happy to tell you that what you will find here is basically practical guides that will help you achieve whatever you want in life. By the way, I am not guaranteeing that your life will change overnight by applying the principles here—run from anyone who tells you that—It all depends on who you are, what you want and how determined you are to go about it.
I don’t teach theory, so you can’t even expect to find what you may find anywhere else on the web. I bring you the most potent information on exactly what you need to do and specifically how to’s that will help you move from point A to Point C where you ultimately want to be.
Hmm! That’s Assuring. So, How Did It All Start For You?
Like the saying goes: our experiences in life makes us what we are. As a young boy, after losing my dad in a car accident, at first, I thought that was the end for me. It’s not very easy for a young child to lose someone that means the world to him. But after a while, I found the strength to accept what has happened and moved on.
Growing up, life for me wasn’t what a young boy would want, but nevertheless, I have always seen my experiences as some sort of test or a training. Here’s why. I can still recall my early years like it was yesterday.
If God loves me and yet allows things to happen to me, things that I do not want. Then maybe, it is just a test or something to make me stronger for the future that lays ahead. Even though I didn’t really understand my own thoughts fully, but I can remember having these thoughts running through my mind every time I was going through life situations.
I can remember saying to myself at an early age, “there must be something more to life than this, perhaps it’s something no one has been able to explain to me in a way that makes sense to me and I can understand better. What makes some persons grow up and become so successful and most people end up in poverty no matter how hard they claim to work? There is no way anyone is going tell me that it is luck. Just does not make sense to me.”
Here’s one thing I have learned; there are people who use their life experience to catapult to greater heights in life, while there are people who treat every of their life experiences with negative mental attitudes. Everyone faces challenges and tough times in life, however, it isn’t your challenges that matters, it is how you respond to them.
Regardless of where you are in life right now, where you are going to be tomorrow will be the result of how you respond to your challenges and obstacles today. However, most people do not know how to cope with their challenges let alone, use their challenges as a means to an end. That is to say, use their challenges to climb to higher heights.
To say the least. I know I am not the only one that has seen a lot in life, however, all my experience have kind of unfolded like a series of events, one leading to another, and bringing with it, lessons and opportunities that I am forever grateful for. Like most of us, I started my life fearful, scared of the unseen, scared to take chances, scared to fail. I had less than zero amount of confidence in myself, and I was never sure of myself. However, as it seems, this is one of the basics of self-development. Our personal achievement begins when we begin to overcome our own self-imposed obstacles—our own self-imposed obstacles like worries, anger, and fears—
Here is one thing you must leave this page with, even if you leave with nothing else: Everything that happens to you in life will occur for two reasons: either to bless you or to teach you. That is one thing I have learned in my own experience. The things that happened in my life that I never wanted to happen were actually lessons in disguise. Lessons I could never exchange for a million dollar.
To cut the really long story short, this blog is like an episode of my own life experiences —as well as the experiences of others that I learned from, where I share specific guidelines on most of our life challenges and specific steps to take to overcome every one of those challenges and achieve your goals.
I am indeed happy and glad that I have the opportunity to use my own life experiences to inspire and help people who are going through tough times and still don’t know how to get through them. If you are one of those persons, I have 2 things to tell you:
First, you are not alone. And second, if others can do it, then you can too.
With that said, I hope you too will live to inspire others with your story.
